330 Well-Being Index

The fast pace of life, coupled with the convenience mobile networks and communication, can lead us to be busy responding to instant messages and handling work even during our leisure time, neglecting our own needs. In fact, in addition to taking care of our physical health and having regular body check-ups, regularly assessing our physical, mental, and spiritual (330) well-being is also a crucial cornerstone of life. To better face challenges and experience life, we must learn to attend to our own needs. The first step in taking care of ourselves is to learn to listen to our body and mind, and understand our current needs.

The [330] Well-Being Index is a scale developed collaboratively by New Life and Professor Patrick Wing-leung, Director of Graduate Studies in Clinical Psychology of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. This Index not only assesses health issues such as psychological distress and physical symptoms but also encompasses a range of positive traits related to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, including resilience, meaning of life, optimism, and social connections.

The [330] Well-Being Index aims to:

  • Provide a simple and easy-to-use self-assessment tool
  • Allow the public to regularly evaluate our holistic health status
  • Understand our holistic well-being levels through questionnaire scores, obtain corresponding suggestions, and formulate a suitable holistic health plan

Check your [330] Well-Being Index now and take care of your holistic health.
