New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association operates three long-stay care homes, namely Tuen Mun Long Stay Care Home (LSCH), New Life Building Long Stay Care Home, and Siu Lam Long Stay Care Home. These homes offer comprehensive residential care, active maintenance services, and recovery-oriented support for individuals on the path to mental wellness. We are committed to helping our residents build upon their strengths and abilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives within the community. The three LSCHs can accommodate 210, 200, and 400 persons in recovery, respectively. Each LSCH is staffed by a team of professionals who provide round-the-clock residential care services.
Since our target service users are mainly persons in recovery from chronic mental illness who have been hospitalised in psychiatric facilities for some time, we aim to help them rebuild their self-care abilities, work habits and skills, confidence, and social skills. We also encourage them to develop interests and hobbies to make good use of their leisure time.
