Applicants can be referred by their doctors or social workers and apply through the “Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services(CRSRehab)” of the Social Welfare Department. Suitable applicants will be admitted. During the residential stay, case workers will regularly assess progress with service users and their families, and discuss discharge plans based on their needs.
Applicants are required to pay a fee stipulated by the Social Welfare Department and other charges specified by the houses. Those facing financial difficulties can apply for Comprehensive Social Security Assistance.
