LevelMind@JC eClinic is an online psychological treatment platform for young people. The service provides high-intensity, evidence-based psychological treatments to young people aged 15-29, with moderate to severe depression and anxiety.
Supervised by clinical psychologists, the platform is based on Unified Protocol that addresses a wide range of emotional disorders and comorbid conditions. The entire treatment lasts for 14 weeks. The service uses a hybrid service model with online self-learning modules and regular online consultation.

Clinical Psychologists in Accredited Register, Social Workers and Counsellors, who receive professional training and regular supervision.
Service Target
- Individuals who are disturbed by depression or anxiety problems
- Aged between 15 and 29
(Guardian's consents are required for individuals aged under 18) - Hong Kong Permanent Resident
- Proficiency in reading Chinese
Application and Exit of Service
- Service target may register online after completing self-assessment at https://eclinic.hk/e_clinic/selfAssess
- If service users would like to withdraw from the service, they may inform their respective clinicians.

Our Aims
- To provide rich psychological materials and exercises in an online platform so that individuals with emotional distress can learn the skills to regulate their emotions anytime
- To adopt a personalized approach based on the needs and conditions of each service user, with clinicians accompanying service users throughout the treatment journey and guiding them to use the online materials
- To provide evidence-based cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, "Unified Protocol" which effectively improves distressing emotions and reduce symptoms of different mood-related disorders, including Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, etc.
