職責
- To conduct needs assessment to formulate individual and group goals for young adults with SEN
- To provide virtual-reality-based training programs for young adults with SEN
- To assist in the development of virtual reality app and related training materials
- To provide full spectrum administrative and operational support to the project
- To assist on service evaluation, research project, writing up research and service report/presentations, set up research database
- To assist in performing editing and translation work, developing or translating or adapting intervention protocols
- To assist in event preparation
- To perform ad hoc assignments and other related duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
入職要求
- Bachelor degree holder or above, Psychology or Health Science is preferable
- Proficient in statistical analysis and use of statistical software
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Attention to details, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and deal with high volume and spectrum of work
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
