Responsibilities
- 負責管理食品生產線運作、設計生產及食品流程暢順;
- 維持衛生標準(ISO22000及HACCP);
- 並為服務使用者提供相關訓練及撰寫報告及財務預算;
Requirements
- 中五或以上程度;
- 具最少三年食品工場或中央廚房之管理經驗，持衛生經理資格者優先考慮;
